Project approach
Assess, identify, and prioritize schools in selected geographical area: Sanitation Infrastructure and maintenance report is completed prior to commissioning the project. Field survey includes: Findings with regards to availability of sanitation infrastructure. Findings with regards to operation and maintenance system in place. The assessor will use the list of 17 bench marks, for arriving at rating for the school. The survey is adopted from Sustainable Sanitation Alliance knowledge base. (SuSanA is a platform for sharing knowledge and ideas on sustainable sanitation globally.)

Project Implementation
Upon successful review of the Sanitation infrastructure and maintenance report, the project is commissioned.
